2. Products

MIYOA offers handcrafted clothing and artisanal pieces. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible but are not legally binding.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
MIYOA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Placing an order on www.miyoa.com implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
MIYOA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues or incomplete information.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the secure payment methods available on the website.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment validation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Morocco only.
Estimated processing and delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.

MIYOA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In perfect condition
In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on MIYOA’s part.

8. Exchanges and Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange or refund may be issued as appropriate.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

9. Liability

MIYOA shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products purchased on the website.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.miyoa.com (texts, images, logo, design) is the exclusive property of MIYOA.
